Biopad – The Sequence Editor
Biopad is an intelligent notepad for biological sequence analysis which make sequence handling an enjoyable and easy task for Bioinformatics and Life Scientists.

Its features include:
• Sequence Format Converter- using which he user can convert the biological sequences into different formats like FASTA, GENBANK.
• Sequence Converter which with which biological sequence can be converted like DNA to RNA, DNA to Amino Acids, RNA to Amino Acids.
• Property Based Coloring for displaying each element of the sequence in different color. In DNA sequence all Adenine will be in Red, Guanine in Yellow, Thymine in Blue and Cytocine in Green. The amino acid residues can be displayed according to various properties like hydrophobicity, water oil ratio.
• Biopad also includes Sub-Sequence Finder, Sub-Sequence Replacer, Sequence Cleaner, Repeat Finder, n-mer Counter, GC percentage, Visualiser, Masking, Codon Usage Bias, and Six Frame Translator.
