SooryaKiran is collaborating with the Synthetic Genomics Team of RIKEN Yokahama Institute of Japan to develop a synthetic biology workbench called "Genome Designer". Genome Designer platform will enable Computer Aided Design of organisms for useful human applications.

Rex – RNA Explorer
Experts in SooryaKiran are in the workshop of “Rex” A RNA explorer tool for a predicting the secondary structure of RNA with minimum energy calculation and analysis.

Mito Explorer
SooryaKiran is developing “Mito explorer”, a suite of mitochondrial genome analysis tools which picks mutations, check the functional significance of mutations, haplogroup identification and disease association with mutations.
